??????1)?魚(yú)類生殖干細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定和分化、配子發(fā)生、胚胎發(fā)育的分子和細(xì)胞學(xué)機(jī)制研究;?
???? ?2)?穩(wěn)定高效的基因編輯和借腹生殖等魚(yú)類前沿育種生物技術(shù)的研發(fā);?

????? 學(xué)科組已建立一整套成熟的遺傳學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、生物影像學(xué)、多組學(xué)分析等多元化的研究技術(shù)平臺(tái),在魚(yú)類生殖細(xì)胞與胚胎發(fā)育的育種基礎(chǔ)理論研究、規(guī)?;z傳和育種模型構(gòu)建、基因編輯配子“借腹生殖”前沿育種生物技術(shù)研發(fā)等方面取得重要進(jìn)展。學(xué)科組在 Genome Research、PLOS Biology、Nature Communications、PLOS Genetics、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Endocrinology、Cell Research、Science Bulletin等國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文100 余篇。?
