學(xué)科組介紹:
魚(yú)類(lèi)生理生態(tài)學(xué)學(xué)科組主要研究水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖動(dòng)物生理生態(tài)學(xué)特征,探討其與環(huán)境相關(guān)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)和飼料技術(shù)等,為集約化養(yǎng)殖及漁業(yè)管理等提供有關(guān)營(yíng)養(yǎng)、飼料、投喂、相關(guān)環(huán)境因子作用等基礎(chǔ)理論和技術(shù)。
近期主要研究領(lǐng)域包括:
1. 基礎(chǔ)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)及能量學(xué):包括營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求、飼料原料利用、動(dòng)物生長(zhǎng)的環(huán)境及內(nèi)在調(diào)控機(jī)制等,探討動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)物代謝的遺傳背景及分子調(diào)控機(jī)制。
2. 精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)配給理論與技術(shù):研究動(dòng)物的不同條件下的精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求和動(dòng)態(tài)投喂模型,為提高養(yǎng)殖效率和產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、建立可持續(xù)漁業(yè)模式提供理論與技術(shù)。
3. 比較生理生態(tài)學(xué):研究魚(yú)類(lèi)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)能量學(xué)特征等與其食性進(jìn)化的關(guān)系,為建立魚(yú)類(lèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求和飼料利用的評(píng)價(jià)模型提供基礎(chǔ)。
4. 飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)與水產(chǎn)品品質(zhì):研究飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)組成及投喂對(duì)水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物品質(zhì)的影響,探討飼料源有毒有害物質(zhì)的限量,為改善動(dòng)物福利、評(píng)價(jià)飼料衛(wèi)生安全、保障食品安全、提高產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
儀器設(shè)備:
魚(yú)類(lèi)生理生態(tài)學(xué)研究室是淡水生態(tài)與生物技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室(FEBL)的一部分,主要從事魚(yú)類(lèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、能量學(xué)及淡水漁業(yè)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論和應(yīng)用研究。
魚(yú)類(lèi)生理生態(tài)學(xué)研究室的分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要包括生化分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室、分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
生化分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室:擁有生化分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室必備的器皿、試劑以及分析條件??蛇M(jìn)行常規(guī)生物、化學(xué)分析工作,現(xiàn)有儀器:
1、?絕熱式微量氧彈熱量計(jì):美國(guó)Parr公司,主要用于樣品的能值測(cè)定;
2、?自平衡式氧彈熱量計(jì):美國(guó)Parr公司,主要用于樣品的能值測(cè)定;
3、?自動(dòng)定氮儀:丹麥FOSS,可測(cè)定固體和液體樣品的含氮量;
4、?脂肪抽提儀:丹麥FOSS,測(cè)定樣品粗脂肪含量;
5、?氨基酸分析儀:日本HITACHI,測(cè)定樣品氨基酸含量;
6、?在高壓蒸氣滅菌器,日本TOMY KOGYO公司,用于樣品處理、試劑制備以及實(shí)驗(yàn)器材的消毒;
7、?馬福爐:國(guó)產(chǎn),測(cè)定樣品灰分含量;
8、?全自動(dòng)能量收支同步測(cè)定儀:10套,計(jì)算機(jī)控制,包括代謝室、測(cè)氧儀、放大器和計(jì)算機(jī)接口等的流水、控溫、測(cè)氧和記錄等功能;

10、溶氧儀:美國(guó)YSI公司,用于測(cè)定養(yǎng)殖水體中溶氧含量;

分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室:主要進(jìn)行分子生物學(xué)和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)的相關(guān)操作以及樣品的分析以及檢測(cè),現(xiàn)有儀器。
1、?高通量勻漿器:MP*The FastPrep-24動(dòng)植物組織均質(zhì)器,最先進(jìn)、快速及高效提取樣品中的DNA、RNA 和蛋白質(zhì);
2、?實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR儀,德國(guó)羅氏LightCycler 480Ⅱ,用于基因表達(dá)分析研究,SNP單核苷酸多態(tài)性和突變位點(diǎn)的分析檢測(cè),包括絕對(duì)定量、相對(duì)定量、基因分型(熔解曲線法及終點(diǎn)法)、高分辨率熔解曲線分析等;
3、?超微量分光光度計(jì):Thermo Nanodrop8000,用于核酸和蛋白等微量樣品的紫外/可見(jiàn)光檢測(cè);
4、?電泳系統(tǒng):美國(guó)Bio-rad電泳儀及電泳槽,用于凝膠電泳。
5、?UVP凝膠成像系統(tǒng):美國(guó)UVP公司,DNA/RNA/蛋白質(zhì)等凝膠電泳不同染色(如eb、考馬氏亮藍(lán)、銀染、sybr green)及微孔板、平皿等非化學(xué)發(fā)光成像檢測(cè)分析。凝膠成像系統(tǒng)可以應(yīng)用于分子量計(jì)算,密度掃描,密度定量, PCR定量等生物工程常規(guī)研究;
6、?超凈工作臺(tái):進(jìn)行細(xì)胞生物學(xué)操作、保護(hù)在工作臺(tái)內(nèi)操作的試劑和樣品等不受污染;
