研究組介紹:
水生病毒學研究組高度關(guān)注引起疫病流行的水產(chǎn)動物病毒及以納米尺度驅(qū)動地球生物地理化學循環(huán)的水生微生物病毒,長期并將繼續(xù)致力于水生病毒及其分子生物學研究。
該研究組成立20多年來,在張奇亞研究員的帶領(lǐng)和團隊成員的共同努力下,圍繞水生病毒病原分離鑒定,病毒基因組的結(jié)構(gòu)特征及關(guān)鍵基因功能、病毒復(fù)制、遺傳進化、病毒與宿主及水環(huán)境相互作用、水產(chǎn)病毒病檢測與防控技術(shù)等進行了長期和深入研究。在構(gòu)建水生病毒學研究技術(shù)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,從患病兩棲類、魚類和甲殼類等水產(chǎn)動物中、和從有害藻類中鑒定出各種病毒病原;解析六個科10多種水生病毒全基因組;闡明一批水生病毒關(guān)鍵基因結(jié)構(gòu)特征與生物功能;揭示蛙病毒致病和跨種感染復(fù)制的分子機制。獲湖北省自然科學獎2項。
未來,研究組將繼續(xù)堅持水生病毒及其分子生物學研究,關(guān)注新發(fā)及再發(fā)水生病毒入侵感染及基因組復(fù)制轉(zhuǎn)錄機制;探討水生病毒怎樣感染不同宿主,以期闡釋水生病毒感染及跨種傳播的機制,從中尋找抵抗病毒疫病或利用、改造病毒生物資源的方法。
主要研究興趣:
1. 新發(fā)及再發(fā)水生病毒病原的分離鑒定;
2. 水生病毒復(fù)制周期、遺傳和進化、病毒與宿主及水環(huán)境的互作機制;
3. 研發(fā)水產(chǎn)病毒病檢測與防控技術(shù);水生病毒資源的發(fā)掘與應(yīng)用。
1.重要水產(chǎn)動物(鯽、草魚、鱖等)病毒病原的基因組復(fù)制轉(zhuǎn)錄、致病與傳播及病原與宿主互作分子機制;
2. 噬藻體侵染及與宿主藻互作機制;
3. 水生病毒學研究新技術(shù)。
