研究組介紹:
本團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)得到國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目和面上項(xiàng)目、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系、中國(guó)科學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略性科技先導(dǎo)專項(xiàng)、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室自主研究項(xiàng)目等支持。研究工作主要集中在三個(gè)方面,一是進(jìn)行魚類重要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀的遺傳基礎(chǔ)解析,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注銀鯽配子發(fā)生和雌核生殖、性別決定和分化、免疫和抗病以及金魚形態(tài)變異機(jī)制等,由此發(fā)展精育種技術(shù),如基于全基因組分型選擇、基因組融合重構(gòu)、基因編輯、和性控育種等;二是進(jìn)行多倍體魚類基因組融合重構(gòu)研究,由此揭示基因組或亞基因組整入的遺傳機(jī)制,開拓多倍體合成和不育種質(zhì)創(chuàng)制的技術(shù)路徑;三是開展可持續(xù)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖的新品種培育和推廣示范研究。
