學(xué)科組介紹:本實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要聚焦魚(yú)類(lèi)響應(yīng)病毒感染的天然免疫分子機(jī)理及應(yīng)用。致力于挖掘魚(yú)類(lèi)響應(yīng)病毒感染的相關(guān)基因,解析相關(guān)基因的功能、調(diào)控機(jī)制及信號(hào)通路,發(fā)現(xiàn)特異于魚(yú)類(lèi)物種的抗病毒感染免疫規(guī)律,尤其是魚(yú)類(lèi)干擾素介導(dǎo)的天然抗病毒免疫反應(yīng)的分子機(jī)理,鑒定潛在應(yīng)用于魚(yú)類(lèi)抗病育種實(shí)踐的關(guān)鍵分子。目前的主要研究方向有:抗病毒感染的分子機(jī)制及分子調(diào)控;抗病毒因子的功能及應(yīng)用;脊椎動(dòng)物免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)育及分子進(jìn)化。近5年來(lái)在Journal of Immunology等刊物發(fā)表論文十多篇。???
