學(xué)科組介紹:環(huán)境毒理組目前進(jìn)行的研究方向是持久性有機(jī)污染物 (POPs) 對(duì)生物作用的分子機(jī)制及生態(tài)毒理學(xué)效應(yīng)。研究主要在兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行:
(1) 以培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞株或原代細(xì)胞培養(yǎng),用來(lái)研究污染物作用的分子機(jī)制。建立靈敏、高效的生物毒性測(cè)試方法,評(píng)價(jià)有機(jī)化學(xué)品的潛在毒性效應(yīng)。
(2) 研究有毒污染物在水環(huán)境中的遷移轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程及生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。以小型淡水魚(yú)作為活體模型研究分子機(jī)理及生態(tài)學(xué)效應(yīng)。.研究工作將微觀與宏觀相結(jié)合,從分子/生化/生理/個(gè)體層次上進(jìn)行,并建立之間的聯(lián)系,探索有機(jī)污染物對(duì)水生生物的生殖毒性、神經(jīng)毒性、發(fā)育毒性、健康危害,以及多種污染物在環(huán)境條件下的復(fù)合作用,尋找更敏感、有效的生物標(biāo)記物,發(fā)展環(huán)境污染的早期預(yù)警系統(tǒng),從而為有機(jī)污染物的危險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)以及為我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、生態(tài)安全及環(huán)境保護(hù)決策提供理論依據(jù)。
