學科組介紹:本學科組源自20世紀50年代在湖北省梁子湖設立的、由劉建康和易伯魯先生掛帥的魚類生態(tài)學研究工作站。經(jīng)過幾代人的努力,為國家經(jīng)濟建設和漁業(yè)發(fā)展作出了顯著貢獻。特別在我國淡水魚類個體和種群生態(tài)學、水利工程對水域生態(tài)和環(huán)境的影響、魚類早期資源量評價等方面享有較高的國內和國際聲譽。?
近年來,本學科組繼續(xù)以魚類的個體生物學和種群生態(tài)學研究為基礎,在探討魚類與水域生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的關系、魚類資源的可持續(xù)開發(fā),珍稀、特有魚類資源的保護對策,以及魚類實驗動物的品系培育和保持等方面取得了長足的進步。同時,我們注意新理論、新技術和新方法在魚類生態(tài)學與資源保護研究領域的應用,在日齡與早期生活史、水聲學、行為生態(tài)學、分子生態(tài)學、人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡等方面進行了比較深入的探索。特別是將上述多種手段應用于中華鱘物種保護,以及水利工程建設與自然保護協(xié)調發(fā)展等方面的研究,已經(jīng)引起國際同行的高度關注。?
此外,學科組還開展了魚類行為與進化生物學、魚類病原感染的免疫應答機制及魚類適應溫度刺激的分子機制等方面的研究。?
