學(xué)科組介紹:
傳承于享譽(yù)國內(nèi)外的原生動(dòng)物學(xué)家王家楫院士創(chuàng)建、沈韞芬院士發(fā)展的原生動(dòng)物分類與生態(tài)學(xué)學(xué)科組。以單細(xì)胞真核微生物——原生動(dòng)物為研究對象,綜合利用形態(tài)學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)和實(shí)驗(yàn)生物學(xué)等多種手段,研究原生動(dòng)物的分類和生物系統(tǒng)學(xué),建立關(guān)鍵種質(zhì)和遺傳資源;解析原生動(dòng)物的重要性狀和功能演化及生態(tài)適應(yīng)機(jī)制;發(fā)展原生動(dòng)物合成生物學(xué)模型和關(guān)鍵生物技術(shù),開展原生動(dòng)物資源利用和應(yīng)用研究。? ??

1)原生動(dòng)物多樣性研究:
長期廣泛開展野外調(diào)查,發(fā)展環(huán)境DNA和單細(xì)胞組學(xué)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),對原生動(dòng)物主要類群和自由生/寄生/共生代表種類進(jìn)行收集、鑒定和分類,建立原生動(dòng)物種質(zhì)、遺傳資源信息庫以及環(huán)境DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫;結(jié)合形態(tài)、組學(xué)及基因功能等多維數(shù)據(jù),理解原生動(dòng)物系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系,生物多樣性及其形成機(jī)制;發(fā)展纖毛蟲、鞭毛蟲、變形蟲等多種原生動(dòng)物研究模型,研究單細(xì)胞原生動(dòng)物適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化/生態(tài)適應(yīng)的功能基礎(chǔ),深入探討生殖、運(yùn)動(dòng)、捕食和共生等重要基礎(chǔ)或進(jìn)化生物學(xué)問題。?
2)原生動(dòng)物生物技術(shù):
發(fā)掘纖毛蟲、鞭毛蟲、變形蟲原生動(dòng)物中重要種質(zhì)和遺傳資源,發(fā)展以四膜蟲為主的單細(xì)胞原生動(dòng)物合成生物學(xué)模型,建立基因編輯、大片段DNA合成和組裝、細(xì)胞賦能等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),研發(fā)用于環(huán)境污染物監(jiān)測/降解、有害藻類控制和農(nóng)業(yè)病害防治的新技術(shù)和新策略?!??
