研究組介紹:本研究組的前身為開展淡水魚類分類學(xué)研究工作的“魚類分類學(xué)科組”,先后有伍獻(xiàn)文、陳宜瑜、曹文宣研究員入選中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士。經(jīng)過(guò)幾代人的努力,本研究組的研究工作在國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際都具有較高的知名度,先后出版了《中國(guó)鯉科魚類志》、《中國(guó)動(dòng)物志,魚綱,鯉形目》、《長(zhǎng)江魚類》、《中國(guó)淡水魚類原色圖集》等重要的魚類學(xué)著作。在長(zhǎng)期的野外工作和數(shù)據(jù)收集基礎(chǔ)上建立了魚類組織庫(kù)、魚類標(biāo)本信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);構(gòu)建了全長(zhǎng)江魚類及中國(guó)水產(chǎn)物種的DNA條形碼數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),為eDNA評(píng)估和監(jiān)測(cè)魚類多樣性打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。目前主要從事魚類系統(tǒng)發(fā)育、適應(yīng)性演化、生物地理學(xué)、比較基因組學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)等方面的研究,通過(guò)多組學(xué)研究手段與分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)揭示極端環(huán)境下魚類適應(yīng)性演化背后的遺傳機(jī)制。研究工作運(yùn)用分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)方法發(fā)現(xiàn)鯉科魚類系統(tǒng)發(fā)育新格局;運(yùn)用生物地理學(xué)方法研究了魚類物種分化與青藏高原隆升的關(guān)系;在國(guó)際上率先對(duì)青藏高原這一高原極端環(huán)境的魚類進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)錄組和基因組水平研究;首次揭示了7千米以下超深淵獅子魚適應(yīng)極端環(huán)境的遺傳基礎(chǔ);對(duì)脊椎動(dòng)物從水生到陸生轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)行了深入研究;聯(lián)合國(guó)內(nèi)外著名研究機(jī)構(gòu)主導(dǎo)提出“萬(wàn)種魚基因組計(jì)劃(Fish 10K)”。相關(guān)成果發(fā)表在Cell、Nature、Nature Ecology & Evolution、National Science Review、Systematic Biology、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Molecular Ecology、 BMC Biology、Elife、Science China Life Sciences、Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution等著名雜志。研究組先后承擔(dān)歐盟項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家863項(xiàng)目、973專題、中國(guó)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新方向性和前沿項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科學(xué)院先導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家基金委重大研究計(jì)劃、重大項(xiàng)目,累計(jì)發(fā)表論文282篇,多篇發(fā)表于進(jìn)化生物學(xué)等領(lǐng)域權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)刊物上。
科研條件:本研究組配置了完備的分子和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)儀器平臺(tái),配有完整獨(dú)立的斑馬魚養(yǎng)殖設(shè)施及基因敲除系統(tǒng),擁有獨(dú)立的計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)等服務(wù)器,并依托中國(guó)科學(xué)院超算中心武漢分中心,可滿足各類計(jì)算與實(shí)驗(yàn)需求。?
